The staff showed very nice attentiveness and kindness at every moment, making me feel cared for. the rooms received cleaning twice daily, an excellent touch. fresh fruit awaited in my room. the gardens were lush and well kept, including a dedicated space for morning yoga. i found solace in the provided activities. They added to the overall experience.
i had an issue with some facilities, such as the swimming pool. it lacked proper stairs for entry, offering only a ladder, which wasn't ideal.

the staff showed genuine warmth and were always ready to assist. reception was efficient, and requests were handled promptly. the team ensured a smooth and nice experience from arrival to departure.

I found the staff polite and attentive. They look after you. the hotel's decoration showcases traditional balinese style, it is beautiful. the rooms are spacious and offer plenty of privacy. the bathtub provided a super comfortable soak (that i really needed).
The restaurant seemed understaffed one night, leading to slower service. It was a bit chaotic when i ate dinner at the hotel restaurant.

the swimming pool has a depth of 1.75m, perfect for swimming, and a 0.50m shallow end. a shuttle to the city center makes access convenient, however, ride-hailing apps provide easy transport. the hotel provides twice-daily room service replenishing water and tidying up.

our room featured a comfortable king-sized bed and crisp linens. a private balcony offered garden views that really gave me peace. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and premium toiletries (i love those little details).

the staff provided really good service with many fruit options at breakfast. the garden was well kept. it felt very immersive.
i noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. the swimming pool lacked stairs, using only a ladder for entry. i found this problematic.
